Return & Refund Policy



But before you do so, do take note of our requirement as stated below:

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, receipt, etc)
  • Bank details if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
  • Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)


NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

Products which are not eligible for a Return or Refund

  • PSPLUS 12 Months Membership Card
  • PSN RM100 Prepaid Card
  • Digital Code Games

Can I return an item after seven (7) calendar days?

  • Your item cannot be returned after seven (7) calendar days.

After this period, if the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance and return. You can also find the warranty center contact information for your item on the warranty card in the package.



Can I cancel my order and ask for refund?

  • Yes you can cancel your order shall you can't wait for the pre order items to arrive but there is a cancellation fee of RM 50 per order charged to you.
